We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is excellent, close to major shopping malls and great restaurants. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. We also enjoyed the dining options and the bar/lounge area. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and quality services.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The service staff are friendly.
The swimming pool is too small and in open view of e people having their meals at e cafe. Disappointed with the pool. Thought I could go for a swim but seeing the size of the pool and in open view, it put me off. There is no privacy.. Also, there is limited choice of food though the food tastes alright. Does not have wide spread of food..

I love best the bed, it's huge! The hot water runs very well, it's hot as soon as you press, unlike other hotels I stayed with that it takes several times before the water can actually become warm. The location also very convenient, I can walk around conveniently to almost anywhere, though the traffic is bad.
The downside is the pool very poor, and located right next to busy restaurant. I certainly don't want the people who eats watching me. I also do not like the pillow, it's not really comfortable. The lobby is located on the upper floor, and you have to take the steps, I brought my luggage and bags, it was not comfortable cannot drag your luggage up, instead must carry it's total weight. Strange window, but it's good.

Spent the New Year in a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of Indonesian food, perfect for trying out local cuisine. the location was key, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and close to a major shopping mall. the room was large and comfortable, making it easy to relax and sleep in.
That the noise level was sometimes high, especially if the guests next door were loud. the sound proofing could be better.

the hotel is spacious and great..ideal for family and honeymoon couple..the guest officer named micheal was very helpful and extend his maximum energy to make sure my needs in the hotel are fullfilled.the steps to the lobby is steep however if u need assistance, could ask the service staff to help..i would stay here again if i come to jakarta.
the lobby quite small and it could be improve by adding some adequate lighting and some design.

The staff within the hotel were the best overall. Very attentive and professional. They remembered my name and alway ready to greet and assist me. Everyone from the security, waiters/waitresses, bellboys, reception... I felt very comfortable. I also liked that the rooms were kept simple with no carpet flooring but with nice wooden flooring instead!
There is some bits of ware and tear within the hotel room itself like the blinds for the shower were worn and stained and the flower vase was a little dirty etc....

This hotel is situated in a bustling area, close to many restaurants and malls. It's convenient for those who want to explore the city as it's located in the heart of the town. the room was good but lacked proper facilities like an adequate minibar. the breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful.
The overall ambiance of the hotel was disappointing and overpriced for what was on offer.

quite, spacious and clean room with decent furniture. No noise from street or other rooms. Good aircondition. Excellent bed. Perfect bathroom with a great shower. Towels and bedlinnen clean. In-room safe available on request. Better then average internet connection with cable in the room for free.
For western people, breakfast selection is limited, booring and not very tasteful, although better then most comparable hotels I stayed at the last weeks.

The Akmani is a new hotel in the heart of jkt, for the surrounding hotels I think it is one of the best. The staff are friendly and helpful and cheerful location is great for shopping and near cafes and restaurants I want to thank Ms. Lina the marketing director for her hospitality and great welcoming and help all the time i stayed in Akmani, she is a great individual who can make a difference and she works with heart.
House keeping management need to consider providing new sets of bath and face towels for hotel guest.
